June 15, 2008 - A slight plurality of RiverHawks fans predict the team will win the pennant this season, though most anticipate at least a .500 team, according to the latest online poll.
Nearly 43 percent (336) of 790 voters predict the team will win the title. Nearly 42 percent (329), however, predicted a losing record.
The remainder split across the board. Five percent predicted the team would reach the league finals, four percent predicted a wild-card team, three percent each predicted either a division championship or a .500 team that would miss the playoffs. |
