The RiverHawks and the Clock Tower announced a 2-year agreement. Visiting Northern League teams will stay at the resort, located at 7801 E. State St. in Rockford, at the I-90/State St. interchange.

“We are very pleased to work with the Clock Tower Resort in being our host hotel for all the visiting Northern League teams through 2011,” RiverHawks general manager Josh Olerud said. “The beautiful and plush Clock Tower Resort has every amenity to accommodate the visiting teams, including Coco Key Water Resort, workout facilities, restaurant and the new Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery. This is just one of the many upgrades we are in the process of, while looking forward to an exciting inaugural season in the Northern League.”

The Clock Tower was the official hotel for the 2009 Frontier League All-Star Game. It also hosted former major-league players who played at Road Ranger Stadium during all-star festivities.

CoCo Key Water Resort is 60,000 square feet of wet and wild fun for everyone. Flumes, Water Slides, the Dip In Theatre and many more attractions plus a huge arcade await visitors. The Tilted Kilt is the Stateline’s newest restaurant and will offer a wide variety of food and beverages in a Scottish-themed environment.
