June 3, 2008 - LOVES PARK, Ill. – The Rockford RiverHawks will celebrate Loves Park Night at Road Ranger Stadium on Monday, August 4. The game starts at 7:05 p.m. with the gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The RiverHawks host the Midwest Sliders.
Loves Park Mayor Darryl Lindberg will be honored at Road Ranger Stadium by throwing out the game’s first pitch at 6:55 p.m. Local businesses and community members are encouraged to attend.
Sponsors who buy 20 tickets or more will receive an insert in the game program, business representation on the centerfield video board and public address announcements throughout the night. Loves Park businesses and community members will be sold discounted tickets: $3 for outfield box, $5 for infield box and $7 for home plate.
