August 4, 2008 - With a home run on Sunday, Jason James has passed Rich Austin for third place on the Rockford RiverHawks' all-time hit list.
James, in his third year with Rockford, has 246 hits. Austin totaled 245 in 2002-04. He was passed earlier this year by Joe Anthonsen for second place. Ben Fjelland, with 311 hits in 2002-04, is the all-time leader. |
