October 18, 2007 - Slippery Rock announced this week that two of its pitchers, right-handed reliever Jared Simon and left-handed starter Dan Schwartz, have been signed by the Philadelphia Phillies.
Simon was 1-1 with a 1.46 ERA and six saves in 22 games. Schwartz was 2-5 with a 4.17 ERA in 12 appearances. |
