April 11, 2007 - Frontier League teams have been active in the trade market recently.

On March 29, three teams made trades. Chillicothe traded pitcher Drew Jackson to Amarillo of the independent United League for pitcher Brian Winings and catcher Alex Derhak. Gateway traded outfielder B.J. Richmond to Sussex of the independent Can-Am League for pitcher Spencer Steward. Slippery Rock picked up outfielder Jason Von Behren from Fort Worth of the American Association for future considerations.

Two teams announced trades on April 9. Evansville acquired outfielder Kyle Brault and pitcher Jared Trout from North Shore of the Can-Am League for future considerations. Windy City picked up outfielder Mike Cols and a player to be named later from Gary of the Northern League for two players to be named after the 2007 season.
