The 1989 classic received 67 votes, more than 21 percent. The 316 total votes blows away the old high of 146 in the recent Hall of Fame poll.
Other films in the top five: "Bull Durham" (32 votes; 10.13 percent); "Bad News Bears" and "Cobb" tied for third (30 votes; 9.49 percent each); "A League of Their Own" and "Major League" tied for fifth (28 votes; 8.86 percent each).
