December 5, 2006 - Several trades have been announced in the aftermath of the Frontier League expansion draft.

Windy City announced three interleague trades: closer Brian Beuning to Winnipeg of the Northern League in exchange for infielder-pitcher Amos Ramon; pitcher Ray Jenkins to Joliet of the Northern League for pitcher Eric Fusell; outfielder Kevin House to Schaumburg of the Northern League for pitcher Clyde Jenkins and infielder Rob Marconi. In addition, the ThunderBolts dealt pitcher Anthony Albano to River City for pitcher Shawn Phillips and the Rascal's first-round pick this season.

In another deal, the Rascals acquired infielder Steve Butler from St. Paul of the American Association in exchange for future considerations.

The Southern Illinois Miners acquired third baseman Chris Hall and outfielder Jose Torres from St. Paul for future considerations.

Traverse City sent pitcher Hunter Davis and outfielder Mike Reese to Gary of the Northern League to complete previous trades.

Florence traded shortstop Jose Sanchez to El Paso of the American Association for first baseman Mike Harkins.

Gateway completed a previous trade with Sioux Falls of the AA by assigning catcher Rob Wirth to the Canaries.
