RiverHawks unveil schedules for mini-plans
« Back

April 25, 2011 - LOVES PARK, Ill. – The Rockford RiverHawks announced Monday their 10- and 20-game mini-plans for the 2011 season. There are two 10-game plans, which can be combined to create the 20-game package.

The first 10-game plan includes giveaways such as the All-Time RiverHawks Team poster, commemorative 10th season mini-pennant, youth baseball glove and fleece blanket. All giveaway items are limited to the first 1,000 fans.

The second plan includes all eight of the RiverHawks’ Sunday Family Days, and the baseball card set giveaway night. On Sundays, children 12 and under can run the bases after the game and get free train rides, sponsored by the Illinois Railway Museum and Bounce O’Rama. There will also be easy access to the players for autographs.

Both mini-plans also feature a game during the Independence Fireworks Fourth of July Weekend.

Tickets for either 10-game plan begin at just $75 for an outfield box seat. Infield box seats are $95, and home plate box seats are $110 per ticket. The 20-game plan starts as low as $145 for an outfield box seat. Infield box seats are $180, and home plate box seats are $210 per ticket in the 20-game package.

Each plan offers a savings of at least five percent off the regular single game ticket price. Mini season ticket holders also receive benefits such as a $1 discount per person for single game suite rentals, invitations to Meet the Team events and the never a wasted ticket program.

If your schedule does not allow you to attend one of the games in the mini-plan, you can always trade those tickets in for seats at a future game, or offer them to a charitable organization. All tickets must be exchanged before the game.

“We are pleased to give fans the chance to see numerous games at Road Ranger Stadium with our 10- and 20-game plans,” general manager Brad Sholes said. “Our never a wasted ticket program will also give mini-plan holders the flexibility to change the games they attend.”
