April 15, 2010 - LOVES PARK, Ill. – Stateline residents looking for some supplemental income or their first job have a chance to work outdoors in a fun environment this summer.
The Rockford RiverHawks have scheduled their 2010 Job Fair for 9-11 a.m. Saturday, April 24 at Road Ranger Stadium. Rockford’s only professional baseball team will be hiring for positions including tickets, concessions, parking, security, facilities and promotions.
The RiverHawks are members of the Northern League, an eight-team independent professional baseball league that will play its 18th season in 2010. The RiverHawks’ ninth season begins at 7:05 p.m. May 20 against the Schaumburg Flyers at Road Ranger Stadium. Advertising and ticket information is available by calling (815) 885-2255.
