August 29, 2009 - LOVES PARK, Ill. – No rain, but no game at Road Ranger Stadium on Friday.

The Rockford RiverHawks and Southern Illinois Miners postponed their doubleheader because of wet grounds. The games are scheduled to be made up as part of doubleheaders at 5:05 p.m. Saturday and 3:05 p.m. Sunday.

All tickets for Friday’s games can be exchanged for tickets to any remaining 2009 home game.

On Sunday, the first 1,000 fans receive a RiverHawks team poster. In addition, costumed mystery men, including Batman, Robin, Captain America and Spider-Man, will be on hand for Superhero Day.
