July 27, 2007 - LOVES PARK, Ill. – Friday’s game between the Rockford RiverHawks and Slippery Rock Sliders has been suspended because of wet grounds.

Play will be resumed at 5:05 p.m. Saturday. The regularly scheduled game, reduced to seven innings, will be played after a brief intermission. The first 1,000 through the gates of Road Ranger Stadium on University of Wisconsin – Platteville/WZOK Backpack Night will receive a RiverHawks logo backpack.
